LONG DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the transfer service ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's www.sakolifetransfer.com website within the framework of the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
2. DEFINITION OF SERVICE
The SELLER shall provide the BUYER with the transfer service purchased through the website in accordance with the date, time and place information specified during the reservation. The scope of the service is determined by the reservation and distance selection made by the BUYER on the website.
3. RESERVATION AND DISTANCE SELECTION
The BUYER purchases the transfer service by making a reservation on the website.
Reservation 48 hours in advance is mandatory. If the BUYER makes the reservation in less than 48 hours, the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the service or change the date/time.
4. PRICE OF THE SERVICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
The service fee is calculated according to the distance, route, and other service details chosen by the BUYER.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods offered on the website.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal up to 24 hours before the start of the service. In this case, the service fee paid by the BUYER shall be refunded.
The use of the right of withdrawal is realized when the BUYER notifies the SELLER in writing or via e-mail.
6. CANCELLATION OF SERVICE AND CHANGES
The SELLER reserves the right to cancel the service or change the date and time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances.
In case of cancellation or change, the BUYER will be informed and an alternative date or time will be offered. If the BUYER does not accept this proposal, the service fee will be refunded.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
The personal information provided by the BUYER when purchasing services will be protected by the SELLER in accordance with the principles of confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties.
