Under Article 11 of the KVKK, every natural person whose personal data is processed has certain rights. These rights include the right to learn whether their personal data is processed, to request information if their personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad, to request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request the erasure or destruction of personal data under the conditions laid down in Article 7 of the KVKK, to request notification of the rectification or erasure to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to object to the processing of personal data exclusively through automated systems that produce unfavorable results for the data subject, and to request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.
