At SakoLifeTransfer, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our tours. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please review the following policies:
1.Cancellation Policy:

- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days before the tour date.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the tour.
2.Modification Policy:

- Modifications to bookings can be made up to 14 days before the tour date, subject to availability.
- Modifications made within 14 days of the tour date may be subject to a fee.
Refund Process
Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
